Legal
Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of globalcampus.in. By using the platform you accept them. They are published as a working draft while they undergo legal review.
What GlobalCampus India is
GlobalCampus India is an independent comparison and admissions-assistance service. We help you compare UGC-approved international branch campuses (IBCs) in India and, if you choose, prepare and transmit your application to the universities you select. We charge you nothing for comparison or enquiry.
What GlobalCampus India is not
- No admission guarantee. Admission decisions rest solely with the universities. Using GlobalCampus India does not guarantee an offer, a scholarship, or a visa.
- No affiliation. GlobalCampus India is an independent platform and is not affiliated with UGC, IFSCA, or the partner universities listed on this site. Listings are informational and do not imply endorsement by, or of, any institution or regulator.
- Not legal, immigration, or financial advice. Content on this site (including regulatory notes and salary outcomes) is general information; verify it with the relevant institution or authority before acting on it.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information in enquiries, accounts, and applications.
- Use the platform lawfully and not attempt to access data belonging to other users.
- Review offers, fees, and entry requirements directly with the university before accepting any offer.
Accuracy of listings
We work to keep university, programme, fee, and outcome data accurate and date-stamped, but institutions change their offerings. Where a listing and a university's own publication differ, the university's publication prevails.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalCampus India is not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including lost opportunities, admission decisions made by universities, visa outcomes, or reliance on third-party information — arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees (if any) you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold.
